Usage fees for tool accessories
A tool accessory is any item that 1) enables a tool to function; and 2) wears out over a longer time period when used. For example, the saw blade of a circular saw.
You are free to use your own accessories. However, we offer them, just like consumables, because most people don't have them at home.
We charge a fee to replace them when they are beyond repair or resharpening. As they are usually expensive, we divide the cost equitably between users.

Sale of tool consumables
A consumable also 1) enables a tool to function; but 2) is used once, or over a short period, and then discarded. Sanding paper for example.
We sell them apiece, so you don't need to buy an entire box. Morever, we buy back from you all the consumables you haven't used.
